Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, delivery delays outside our control, or improper storage after delivery.
Do not consume any product that arrives warm, damaged, or in questionable condition.
