Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders are not processed or shipped on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders using UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and delivery requirements.

Transit Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to most locations within the contiguous United States. 

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Please use this information to monitor your delivery and ensure timely receipt.

Perishable Products & Delivery Responsibility
Our products are perishable and shipped frozen. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery and to promptly refrigerate or freeze the contents.

We are not responsible for product condition if the package is left unattended after delivery.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control once the order has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
